Classification

Environment Condition for Operation and Installation

  • Ambient temperature: -5℃ ~ 40℃, and average temperature in 24 hours below +35℃ (except for special orders).
  • Elevation of installation site: ≤2000m.
  • Relative humidity: Not exceeding 50% at he maximum ambient temperature of +40℃. With lower temperature, higher humidity would be permitted, but the lowest average temperaure in a montn not exceeding +25℃ during the most moist month, and the maximum monthly average relative numiaty not exceeding 90% in that month, and giving consideration to the dews on the goods surface, which would appear due to temperature change.
  • Pollution protection: 3 degree.
  • Installing categories: Ⅳ for breaker’s main circuits, coils of under voltage release and primary circuit of transformers; Ⅲ for other auxiliary circuits and control circuit.
  • The breakers used in ships and in humid tropical area can work normally without influence of humid air,salt fog and mildew.
  • The breakers used in ships can operate reliably under normal vibration.
  • The breaker should be installed according to stipulations in operation manual. For breakers in common use, the vertical gradient is not more than 50, for that used on ships, the vertical gradient is not morethan 22.50.
  • The breaker should be put in the place where there is not any explosive medium and conductive dustand no gas, which would corrode metal or destroy the insulation.
  • The breaker should be installed in compartment of switchboard and doorframe should be fixed additionally,protection grade is up to lP40.

System function

Three remote:

■Remote   control:it is the operating control,which is to control the each subordinate station breakers’restore,close and open by from the principal station.The operator chooses the relative object from the system interface,and uses the mouse to pres the remote button.The operator import the code,and it will send the orders “close”.”open”.The order will be sent to the subordin-  ate station,ana operating follows the time order,and the subordinate station will send the result to the principal station about   the remote control.

■Remote   adjusts:it is the setting fixed value of the subordinate station.The operator chooses the relatve object rom the system interface,ano uses the mouse to press the remote button.The operator import the code,and it will send the orders “close”,     “open”.The order will be sent to the subordinate station,and operating follows the time order,and the subordinate station will send the result to the princpal staon about the remote control.Then the principal station will ts protection fixed value.

■Remote   testi:it tests the network working parameter of the subordinate station througnprincpal station.The subsidiary of com- munication can send the working parameter to the upper:the current of the A,B,C,N phase,the voltage of the UAB,UBC,

UCA.

 

Remote communication:

■The   principal checks the subordinate station for the type,close,breaking state,each  protection fixed value,working state,and  malfunction information state.And the subordinate will send the paramelers are type,state(make or break),malfunction inform -ation,alarm information,and several protections setting fixed value.

 

Other functions of the system:

■Besides four remote functions,the system has several management functions:accident alarm (information screen,picture

pull,accident dial,sound alarm),note affair,and so on.

■Fault   memory:it  can  memory these  parameter.the curent of the A,B,C,N phase,the voltage of the UAB,UBC,UCA,type of the malfunction,operation time of the malfunction,and put them into the databank.

■The  factual current,voltage of the subsidiary station show as stick pictures and absolute value by the computer.And the workng state willbe shown as factual curve.

 

L type intelligent controller

■It  adopts the setting way of coding switch and stirswich,and hasoveloacd long delay.short circuit short delay,instantaneous,   earthed leakage four steps protection features,malfunction state,load curent light standard indication.But it dose not have the digital indication

Break off locked device

The break offlocked device could lock the OFF buton of the breaker(draw-out or fixed type)on the pressed position,making the breaker not to be closed.
