适用范围 Scope of application

HH15(QSA) 系列隔离开关熔断器组是隔离开关与熔断器的组合电器，由熔断体和两组触头组成，分断能力高。具有短路和过载保 护功能。主要适用于交流50Hz, 额定工作电压380V 时，额定绝缘电压至690V, 额定工作电流至1600A;主要用于高短路的工业电气 装置中作为配电和电动机电路中的电感开关和应急开关，并作电路保护之用。

HH15(QSA)series disconnector fuse group is a combination of disconnector and fuse,composed of fuse and two sets of contacts, with high breaking capacity.With short circuit and overload protection function.Mainly suitable forAC 50Hz,rated working voltage 380V, rated  insulation voltage to 690V,rated working curent to  1600A;It  is  mainly  used  in  industrial  electrical  installtions with  high  short circuits as inductive switches and emergency switches in power distribution and motor circuits,and for circuit protection.

正 常 工 作 条 件 和 安 装 条 件 Normal  working  and  installation  conditions

• 周围空气温度：安装地点周围的空气温度，上限不超过+40℃,下限不低于-5℃,24h内的平均值不超过+35℃。
• 海拔：安装地点海拔不超过2000m。
• 大气条件：周围温度为+40℃时，大气相对湿度不超过50%,在较低的温度下可以有较高的相对湿度，最湿月的月平均最大相对湿度不超过90%,同时该月的月平均最低温度不超过+25℃,并考虑因温度变化发生在产品表面上的凝露。
• 污染等级：开关的周围环境的污染等级为3级。
• 防护等级：IP30。

结构特征 Structural features

• 隔离开关熔断器组把刀形触头和滚动接触柱的优点结合起来，形成具有独特性能的触头系统。
• 动触头系统由2~4个压缩弹簧和镀银日的铜滚柱组成，滚柱借助于钢质卡箍定位，每个滚柱都可以单独滚动。
• 弹簧压力的调整，使得在正常情况下操作时每对滚柱和触头之间的摩擦力能使滚柱把触头表面擦净，并提高其接触性能。
• 本系列开关具有弹簧储能的操作机构利用连杆机构过列点，靠弹簧力完成分、合动作，使开关无关人力操作，保证其动作可靠和稳定。
• The  disconnector  fuse  group  combines  the  advantages  of  knife-shaped  contacts  and  rling  contact  columns  to  form  acontactsystem with  unique  performance.
• The  moving  contactsystemis  composed  of  2~4  compression  springs  and  siver-plated  copper  rollers,and  the  rollers  are  positioned with the help of steel clamps,and each roller can be rolled separately.
• The  adjustment  of  spring  pressure  makes  thefrictionbetween  each  pair  of  rllers  and  contacts  under  normal  conditions  to  wipe  the surface of the contacts clean and improve its contact performance.
• The  operating  mechanism  of  this  series  of  switches  with  spring  energy  storage  uses  the  connecting  rod  mechanism  to  complete  thedivisionand closing action by the spring force,so that the switch is independent of manpower operation to ensure its reliable and stable operation.

短路容量 Short-circuit   capacity

隔离开关的触头系统中，每条接触线只通过1/4电流，闭合时每条接触线的电动反力减少为原来的(1/4)²即1/16,而在触头闭合 后，途行径滚柱的电流形成一夹紧的电动力，夹紧的力(防止触头分开的力)随电流的增加而增加，在极限故障情况下，这电流大于 100kA。

In  the  contact  system  of  the  disconnector,each  contact  ine  only  passes  1/4of the  curent,and  the  electric  reaction  force  of  each contact  line  is  reduced  to  the  original(1/4),that   is,1/16  when  closed,and  after  the  contact   is  closed,the  current  of  the   rollr  forms  a clamping  electrodynamic force,and the  clamping force  (the force  preventing  the  contact  from  separating)increases with the  increase  of current,and  in the case of extreme faults,this current  is greater than  100kA.

分断容量Breaking  capacity

隔离开关的新型触头系统可把分断过程分配给每相的四个分断点，从而使开关具有了极限分断能力，这种分配的结果又使燃弧时间 和触头的发热都减小了，进而延长了触头寿命。

The  new  contact  system  of  the  disconnector  distributes  the  breaking  process  to  four  breaking  points  in  each  phase,so  that  the switch  has  the  limit  breaking  capacity,and  the  result  of  this  distribution  is  that  the  arc  time  and  heat  generation  of  the  contact  are reduced,thereby  extending  the  contact  life.
