Structural Feature
• Fully enclosed and fully insulated design: All live parts of GRM6-24 are sealed in a box welded by 304 stainless steel plate, the box is filled with SF6 gas with a working pressure of 1.4bar, and the protection level is IP67. It is suitable for installation in areas with high humidity and dust pollution, especially suitable for mines, box-type substations and any places that are prone to surface flashover due to air pollution. The product is installed with a DIN47636 standard sleeve, and is connected to the cable through a fully insulated, fully sealed, shielded cable joint.
• High reliability and personal safety: all live parts are sealed in SF6 air chamber; the air chamber has a reliable pressure relief channel, which has passed the 20kA/0.5s internal fault arc test: the load switch and grounding switch are three-position switches , which simplifies the interlocking between them. There is a reliable mechanical interlock between the cable compartment cover and the load switch, which can effectively prevent entering the live interval by mistake.
• Maintenance-free and long life cycle The product is designed with a life cycle of 30 years. During the product life cycle, the main switch does not require maintenance. The annual leakage rate of the product is <0.1%.
• Compact structure: Except for the air-insulated metering cabinet and PT cabinet, all modules are only 350mm wide, and the cable connection bushings of all units have the same height to the ground, which is convenient for on-site construction.
• GSRM6-24 can be configured with intelligent control devices (optional), providing effective protection, remote control and monitoring systems, and supporting the automation of power distribution systems.
• GSRM6-24 provides two protection methods for transformers: load switch fuse combination and circuit breaker with relay protection. Load switch fuse combination appliances are used for transformers of 1600kVA and below, while circuit breakers with relays can be used for transformer protection of various capacities.
• Environmental protection: The development of GRM6-24 includes not only the product itself, but also the environmental protection from the production process to the life-time operation of the switch. All materials are selected to be environmentally friendly, and a zero-leakage cleaning process is adopted. The product is sealed for life, and 90% to 95% of the material can be recycled after the end of the product life cycle.
