DFW-12 series cable distribution boxes are designed for outdoor use with a fully sealed structure, and the cabinet protection level reaches IP33.

DFW-12 series cable distribution boxes are designed for outdoor use with a fully sealed structure, and the cabinet protection level reaches IP33. The cable joint bracket is made of stainless steel, and the shell is made of high-quality 2mm stainless steel plate. The interior of the box is divided into a busbar compartment and a cable compartment by the top plate of the cable compartment. The busbar compartment is a sealed compartment surrounded by a 2mm steel plate. The cable joint bracket is located at the top of the busbar compartment, supporting the sleeve used to fix the cable joint. The spacing between cable joints is 180mm. If it is the type with a surge arrester, the arrester is installed at the rear of the cable joint. In addition, short-circuit indicators and live indicators are also installed in the busbar compartment. All live components in the busbar compartment undergo strict silicone rubber insulation treatment. The cable compartment is located at the bottom of the busbar compartment and serves as the channel for the cable to enter and exit. There are cable clamps and grounding terminals inside the compartment.

5. If busbar bridge connections are needed between switchgear or incoming cabinets, provide specific requirements such as the rated current of the busbar bridge, span, and height above ground.
